Only 2 items maybe placed per order. Any more will be cancelled and we will contact you via email.
All returns must be in unworn and in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached. A red tag will be attached to the sleeve - if this is removed no refund will be issued.
Please do not wear perfume, heavy make -up or fake tan when trying on. This will result in no refund being issued.
The responsibility for the cost of return is to be covered by you. We recommend that you return your package using a recorded delivery service so that you are insured for the value of the goods whilst they are in transit to us. The package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Please keep a record of proof of postage with the tracking number.
You may also return your online purchase to our Norwich shop. Please be aware that the return will be processed through our online systems so the refund is subject to the same time-frames as below.
We aim to process all refunds for goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving the item. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
If you believe the goods you have received to be faulty, please contact us at info@dreamsbridalwear.co.uk explaining the issue, and stating your order number. We will arrange for you to return the item to us and organise an appropriate resolution.

Your purchase will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed via Royal mail. If for any reason we are unable to ship within this time frame we will email you. Shipping is priced at £15 this includes next day, signed for delivery.
