A POLITE NOTICE
We are now in our busy season, and appointments — especially Saturdays — fill up very quickly.
If you’re planning to visit us, we kindly recommend calling ahead to check availability, particularly if you’re travelling from a distance. We will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins where possible, but pre-booked appointments will take priority.
Please don’t be offended if we’re unable to fit you in on the day, especially if we are preparing for an upcoming appointment.
With limited fitting rooms and staffing, shopping for special occasionwear is a very different experience from shopping on the high street — our aim is to give every customer the time, care, and attention they deserve, without feeling rushed or overcrowded.
You deserve the time to browse, and most importantly, you deserve the full DREAMS experience.
